| Budding artist Glen McDonald from Great Yarmouth had his dream come true this week, when his design for a rally car's livery won the annual Art Car competition. The initiative from Wales Rally GB, the final round of the FIA World Rally Championship, gave school children across Britain the chance to have their designs showcased on a world class stage, from 29 November - 2 December. | |||||
| Glen, aged 12 from Great Yarmouth High School, has been chosen as the winner of Art Car for his design called 'Carbon footprint'. The year eight pupil's design impressed judges with its clear environmental message. The 'canvas' for Glen's Art Car design has been provided by Wales Rally GB drivers Steve and Tony Graham, who have put forward their bio-diesel fuelled Vauxhall Astra for the exciting new look.
