Marshalling

General Information

Welcome to the marshals' section of the official Wales Rally GB website. This section will keep you informed of the latest marshaling information and to try to answer any questions you may have about marshaling on Wales Rally GB.

You will find issues of "The Tabard" - the WRGB marshals newsletter on the right hand side of the page. These give you information about the event and any important news that might affect you.

Any club who wishes to have a training evening for any of their club members who are out on the event should drop Ian Jarrett an email and he will happily arrange a suitable night (and content) for you. These training evening are also acceptable for marshals signatures for upgrade purposes.

Wales Rally GB will be running a training session on Friday 28th October for marshals from the North East wanting to attend the 2011 event. It is being very kindly hosted by Stockton & DMC who have organised the venue on our behalf.

The evening will start at 19:30 and will cover the 2011 event plus modules on Spectator Control and Incident Management. The Address is: The Stockton Bowling Club, Norton, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland TS20 2DS Map Ref: 93/447204. The venue is on Salisbury Terrace, Norton, which is just off the A139 Norton Road. As a landmark, 'The Brown Jug ' pub is on the opposite side of the road to Salisbury Terrace.

Please send an email to Paul Rees on prees@walesrallygb.com to confirm your attendance or leave a message at 07092 000583 stating your name and how many will be attending.
