Car Park J viewing areas
THE OVERNIGHT HOLDING AREA IS IN THIS CAR PARK (CAR PARK J), BUT FROM 06.00 ON SATURDAY YOU WILL BE PERMITTED TO DRIVE VIA AN INTERNAL LOOP ROAD INTO CAR PARK I IF YOU WISH TO VIEW AT V5 AND V6V1 An easy-to-access, spectacular left hand bend with a very fast downhill approach 1Km from the start. V2 An example of what makes spectating in Crychan forest unique: With ample parking on an inner road loop, you can walk on prepared footpaths and raised gravel surfaced banks in a complete loop over 2km that links V2 , V3, and V4 together.
From V2 you can view a series of fast sweeping bends.
V3 Takes you into the famous quarry area (which is close to the major parking area if you do not wish to walk the loop) where the wide space gives competitors the opportunity to get the cars really sideways in preparation for the 90% left hand bend.
V4 At the extreme end of Car Park J there is a pedestrian crossing point onto a raised bank giving excellent head on viewing of a very fast approach into an almost hairpin left.

Car Park J Dixies opens at 17.00 Friday 5th December
An overnight parking area will be provided with toilets and catering. The catering unit will be open until midnight. At 06.00 on Saturday, movement will be allowed to positions nearer the stage.
From the North: take the A483 from Builth Wells. On the Southern outskirts of Llanwrtyd Wells take a left turn and follow the signposted route to the car park. Note: Part of this route will require you to travel over forest roads. If you arrive before 06.00 you will be directed into car park G which contains the Crychan overnight parking area. You will be able to move to car park I via an internal route after 06.00 if you wish.
From the South: take the A483 from Llandovery. In Cynghordy turn right into the unclassified road and the signposted route. This is a difficult turn and is traffic light controlled. Congestion may occur at peak times.
Note: one way traffic restrictions will be in place on Saturday and moving between Crychan and Halfway is not possible.
