Car Park K viewing areas

The car park ends at the point where the stage route turns sharp left after a fast approach and right hand bend.  There is a limited viewing area at this location.  A walk will then take you to two additional viewing areas enjoying a fast uphill approach prior to turning sharp left. The route will be signposted from the car park.

Car park K opens at midnight Saturday 1st December

From South (Carmarthen):  Continue on A458.Turn right on unclassified road, signpost Llanllawddog. Follow the event spectator direction signs to car park.

From North West (B4459):  Turn right on A458. In approximately 3 miles, turn left on unclassified road, signpost Llanllawddog. Follow event spectator direction signs to car park.

From North East (Llanybyther):  Continue on A458. Ignore signs to car parks ‘L’ and ‘M’ on left at Llanllwni and New Inn.  Turn left on unclassified road, signpost Llanllawddog.  Follow event spectator direction signs to car park

From East (Llandovery and Llandeilo):  Continue on A40 to Carmarthen. Roundabout turn right and continue on A458. Turn right at unclassified road, signpost Llanllawddog. Follow event spectator direction signs to car park.

Car Park L viewing areas

Close to the end of the car park are excellent viewing locations at a sharp left hand bend.  A short walk along a raised banking with continuing views of the cars, will lead to a staggered cross roads where the cars can be seen twice.  A much longer walk will take you to a raised viewing area above a quarry where the cars can be seen through sweeping bends.  These routes will be signposted from the car park.

Car park L opens at midnight Saturday 1st December

From South (Carmarthen): Continue on A485. Ignore sign to car park ‘K’. Turn right on unclassified road at New Inn. Follow the event spectator direction signs to car park.

From West (B4336):  Turn left on A485 and immediately right on unclassified road at Llanllwni, in approximately 800 yards turn right. (Car park ‘M’ is straight on) Follow the event spectator direction signs to car park.

From North East (Llanybydder):  Continue on A485. Turn left on unclassified road at Llanllwni, in approximately 800 yards turn right. (Car park ‘M’ is straight on) Follow the event spectator direction signs to car park.

From East (Llandovery):  Continue on A40. Turn right at Llanwrda A482. Follow the blue EVENT SPECTATOR DIRECTION signs via Llansawel and proceed on the B4337, (pass car park ‘N’ entrance on left) via Rhydcymerau to Llanybydder.  Turn left on the A485, then turn left on unclassified road at Llanllwni, in approximately 800 yards turn right. (Car park ‘M’is straight on) Follow the event spectator direction signs to car park.

From West (Llandeilo):  Turn left on B4302. Follow the blue EVENT SPECTATOR DIRECTION signs via Talley and B4337 via Llansawel, (pass car park ‘N entrance on left) and Rhydcymerau to Llanybydder. Turn left on the A485, then turn left on unclassified road at Llanllwni, in approximately 800 yards turn right. Follow the event spectator direction signs to car park.

Note:

• Moving between car parks and stages is not recommended due to narrow road conditions.

There will be disabled access and toilets at both car parks K and L.  All spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  All disabled persons wishing to gain access will need to display their official disabled blue badge in the car.
